Hi, I'm Eduarda! Marketer by day,  life & career coach by (morning and) night. Musical theatre & travel enthusiast, recovering perfectionist, bubble-tea lover, and personal development junkie.

I know all of this, because it was my story too.

Now, I'm here to empower you to not settle for it, and take action toward a life that lights you up.

Nothing is going to change if you don’t change it. This is the time to seriously ask yourself if you truly want things to be different, or if you're going to let this dissatisfaction go on. You are your own agent of change, not anyone else, not any circumstance outside yourself. It doesn’t matter how big or small the shift is you want to make. Coaching is about creating change in your life. Big leaps everyone can see, small changes only your closest friends and family will notice, and inner shifts only the deepest parts of you will recognize. Changes in what you're doing and changes in how you're being (after all, you are a human being, not a human doing!).

These changse comes from personal discovery — figuring out what it is that you really want for yourself and what’s in the way — along with action and accountability so you can make it happen! It isn’t just talking about change, and it also isn't full force getting things done. It's tapping into your authentic self, and then designing and building a life you love, on your own terms.
